Are you looking for a reliable and versatile wedge that can help you improve your short game? Look no further than the Cleveland 588 RTX CB wedge, the ultimate weapon for golfers who take their game seriously.
In this comprehensive review, we’ll take a closer look at the key features, benefits, and drawbacks of the Cleveland 588 RTX CB wedge, and help you determine whether it’s the right club for your needs.
Design and Construction
One of the things that sets the Cleveland 588 RTX CB wedge apart from other wedges on the market is its unique design and construction. The wedge features a cavity-back design, which allows for a larger sweet spot and more forgiveness on mis-hits.
The club also features Cleveland’s Rotex face technology, which creates maximum spin and control on shots around the green. The face features deeper grooves, closer spacing, and a sharper edge radius, which all work together to create more friction between the clubface and the ball.
Performance and Playability
When it comes to performance and playability, the Cleveland 588 RTX CB wedge does not disappoint. The club offers exceptional control and versatility, allowing golfers to hit a wide variety of shots with confidence.
The wedge performs particularly well on full shots, offering a crisp and responsive feel that lets you dial in your distances with precision. The club also offers excellent spin and control on shorter shots, allowing you to attack pins aggressively and stop the ball on a dime.
Build Quality and Durability
Cleveland is known for producing high-quality golf clubs, and the 588 RTX CB wedge is no exception. The club is built to last, with a durable finish and high-quality materials that can stand up to frequent use.
The wedge also comes with a 1-year warranty, giving you peace of mind knowing that your investment is protected.
