Are you searching for a new putter to add to your golf bag? If so, you may have come across the Cure RX2 putter. This popular club has gained a reputation for its innovative design and impressive performance on the greens. But is it really worth the investment? In this review, we’ll take a closer look at the Cure RX2 putter and provide you with all the information you need to decide whether it’s the right choice for your game.

Overview of the Cure RX2 Putter

The Cure RX2 putter is a mallet-style putter with a unique “hammerhead” design. This design features a heavy, tungsten weight at the back of the clubhead, which helps to increase stability and reduce twisting on off-center hits. The putter also has a large, forgiving face that is easy to align, making it a great choice for golfers who struggle with their putting accuracy.

Pros of the Cure RX2 Putter

One of the biggest advantages of the Cure RX2 putter is its stability. Thanks to the heavy tungsten weight, this putter has a very low center of gravity, which helps to prevent twisting on off-center hits. This can lead to more consistent putts and better overall performance on the greens.

Another advantage of the Cure RX2 putter is its forgiveness. The large face and easy alignment system make it a great choice for golfers who struggle with their putting accuracy. Even if you don’t hit the sweet spot every time, you’re still likely to get a decent roll with this putter.

Finally, the Cure RX2 putter is also well-suited for golfers who prefer a softer feel. The milled face and carbon fiber insert provide a responsive, yet gentle feel that can improve your touch on the greens.

Cons of the Cure RX2 Putter

While the Cure RX2 putter has many advantages, it’s not without its drawbacks. One of the main complaints about this putter is its weight. Some golfers find the heavy clubhead to be cumbersome and difficult to control, particularly on longer putts.

Another potential downside of the Cure RX2 putter is its price. This putter is one of the more expensive options on the market, which may be a turnoff for budget-conscious golfers.

Finally, some golfers may find the Cure RX2 putter to be too forgiving. While the forgiveness can be helpful for golfers who struggle with their accuracy, it may also make it difficult to gauge the speed and distance of your putts.

Conclusion: Is the Cure RX2 Putter Worth the Investment?

After our thorough review, we can confidently say that the Cure RX2 putter is a solid choice for golfers looking to improve their putting performance. The putter’s innovative design, stability, and forgiveness make it well-suited for a wide range of players. However, the hefty price tag and potential drawbacks with weight and forgiveness may make it less appealing to some golfers.

Ultimately, whether or not the Cure RX2 putter is worth the investment will depend on your individual needs and preferences. If you’re looking for a well-designed, forgiving putter with a soft feel and excellent stability, the Cure RX2 may be the right choice for you. If you’re looking for a more affordable or lightweight option, however, there are other clubs on the market that may better suit your needs.
